I can't remember exactly what topic was that… that prompted me to look for some venue to air my side…
then luckily I found the forums. Though not my first time to join in exchanges of views through the net, this time… the battle rages. "Pangil sa Pangil ang Laban" hehehe.
Then I saw a topic that enlists those in favor of Nene. Honestly, I was surprised with how Alvin Gagante gathered the troops. Feeling Soldier talaga na nagpapalista sa General… in short, nagpa-uto ako sa strategy ni Alvin, who once I thought is Sniper… hihihihi. The one's initially listed have prior communications through ym.
Up to now, when I remember that incident, i can't help but laugh… as in hagalpak ng tawa.. Nothing escaped even the posts in the blogs… I knew somebody from the forumers din who will report for work early just to catch up on the posts then will come home sooo late because of YM Confe and Dondon's Trivia… ssshh it's SolidKapamilya.
I remembered Angelsmile saying… "Dati mga model employees tayo.. efficient magtrabaho… pero ngayon… daming pending puro backlog.."
That's true. I rendered OT because the entire day was consumed in chatting and posting… and the supposed-to-be work-related tasks were done on extended hours.
I still thank the people behind this group and the one who binded us all. Jologs as what others termed us… but it's what makes me happy. It's the true friendship that sets us apart from the other forumers… we became friends… and I think it's more than enough to be grateful of that one year…
Thanks everyone and thank you, too, Nene. There might have been a lot of flaws but not enough to cover the happiness I once felt and will continue to cherish!

Yup! Si Rochlem986 kasama sina Jomsssss at si Oucch ang mga unang pinalad na nanalo sa PBB House Tour. At siya ang unang nakakita sa ating lahat kay Kumander Nene noon. Hindi nga lang sila nakita dahil bawal. Galing dumiskarte ng kaibigang Rochlem talaga salute!

When i got the text about this blog…napaisip ako….hhhmmm…makapagpost nga…hehehe…
I am not the typical chat addict…di nga ako nagchachat eh…DATI YUN!!! hehehehe…
It all started because of PBB…sa pagkaaddict ko sa PBB season 1,,,aba, pati forums e pinatulan ko…nakikipost post…nakikihello hello…at yun nah..nagsimula na ang nakakawindang na pagbabago sa mundo ni Angelsmile…ang mundo ng mga timang…hehehe…
I thought it would just be a simple chat with people who admired the same pbb housemate…si timang na Nene…neither did I realize that i will meet some friends that i value up to this date…i got to chat with people all over the Philippines…and minsan pati mga nasa ibang bansa e nakachat na rin…wehehehe…ironically….it amazed me na kahit di man nagkikita kita e feeling close na ang mga timang…yun ata ang sinasabi nilang…"birds of the same beauty, flock together"…wehehehe…o!! wag ng kokontra…tayo ang bida ngayon…hihihi…
One year na pala yun, ano…one year na akong nawiwindang sa katimangan ng mga taong nakilala ko….katimangang nakakamiss ha…nakakatuwang alalahanin ang mga chat moments….outreach activities….food trip bonding…chika chikahan…picturan…nakakamiss yun ah…ang mga kawal encounters…nakakalokang mga awayan at sagutan sa forum…mga nakakalokang famous lines na "up this thread", "toink.","kabog", "salute","timang","takak", "halu"…pagandahan ng mga siggy at avatar…dun na nagkabukingan ng identity..hehehe…nakakatuwang nakakawindang…wahahahaha…but i am really glad that once in my life, i enjoyed doing these things…dami na nagbago…dami nanahimik ang mundo at ang buhay…meron pa rin nakakachat…yung simpleng, "good moirning, sis"…."musta ka na, timang ko na friend"…"ajah!"…mga comforting chats pag nakakawindang na sa office…biglang magbubuzz at sasabihing…"sis!!! gusto ko sumigaw….pwede sumigaw?"….yun bang pati ang pagchachat e ginawang shock absorber…
I appreciate the friends i met through this group….the advices…the sharings…the learnings…the thoughts…the kawindangan at kakalokang usapan, mga bonding moments, yung pagtulog tulog sa ibang bahay…ehem….kay ate nancy at nene…salamat sa pagampon sa akin pag lumuluwas ako…namimiss ko na ang ganyan…ang walang tulugang kwentuhan…(kayo lang pala yun…tinutulugan ko kayo eh…hehehehe)kayo naman pumunta dito…ako magaampon sa inyo…sarap ng shawarma dito sa amin….ask nyo si sheggz…wehehehe….sa lahat ng mga naging kaibigan ko…salamat sa lahat….nanahimik man ako ng "konti"(hehehe)…di mawawala ang pagmamahal ko sa mga kaibigang nandito na sa kaibuturan ng aking puso…naks!!!
To all my friends…thank you for the friendship…I will cherish the precious chats…laughters…smiles…tears…jokes…stories…and most of all…the friendship…kahit di na tayo nagkikita kita…nawa'y manatili sa ating mga puso ang pagkakaibigan nabuo….

The idea of coming up with a website was conceptualized in the Lover's Nest in Quezon City last June 25, 2006 right after the grand eyeball of the forumers. The brains behind this were Spongelover, Profiler05, Nans, Rene Gade, PoohBear17 and Blizzardskii. Succeeding talks partially involved McDiane and Angelsmile. We were discussing how techie it would appear and access is restricted to authorized users. This may not be as techie as we think of but an initial effort to find venue for our online kumustahan, kulitan and kwentuhan.
This time, "Kami naman ang Bida"…
On our way to Manila, Profiler remembered the website and coined the name… KaBlog.
not a Kawal Blog.. but Kaibigan Blog.
Just in time for the first year anniversary of "nakakawindang na friendship" that we finally decided to upload this…
It might look so bare at first but soon our stories will fill the pages…
This is where we all started… bare… strangers… and then friends… can we make it forever?
